Brand New Beginner

The Empowered Brand New Beginner course is a four-week beginner wellness program that teaches you how to develop a mindful movement practice.


Our Empowered Yoga and Balanced Athlete programs will improve flexibility, muscle tone, posture, alleviate pain, and focus your mind. You will leave your very first class relaxed and energized.  After eight classes, you will have experienced a transformational program.  We strongly encourage everyone new to our studios to attend our Empowered Brand New Beginner Course. 


The course includes eight classes that will teach you movement and mindfulness principles that will simply change your life. Attendance in all classes is strongly recommended. The cost is $150. All registered BNB students are encouraged to attend other classes on our digital platform at no additional cost during the course.  Empowered requires pre-registration for the BNB course. You can fill out the new student form at the studio before your first class.

How do I prepare for success?

It is important to attend all eight BNB classes in the month in which you have registered. It is also very important that you make an effort to attend additional classes (at no additional charge) during each week.

How does the BNB Work?

Each BNB class builds on the previous one. You will learn all the fundamentals that comprise our methodology. Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class to receive an orientation to our studios and an overview of our methodology.

How can I get the MOST out of the BNB course?

If you can attend a minimum of 12 classes during the first month with us, you will begin to experience powerful benefits. The remaining six BNB classes will continue to demonstrate and explain positions and movements. The course will enable you to develop a solid foundation upon which you can build a strong practice and a newfound sense of awareness.

What can I expect each class?

You will begin learning positions and movements to strengthen your mind and body as you achieve steadier balance. During the second class, your teacher will guide you through the positions and movements already presented in the first class. Additional positions and movements will then be introduced.

How do I prepare for class?

Bring a yoga mat if you have one. If not, you can purchase one in studio.

Bring a towel and water.

Practice on an empty stomach if you can. If not, eat something very light..

Please do not wear scents or perfume.

Please do not chew gum.

Please turn off cell phones and do not bring them into the practice room.

Bring a non-judgmental attitude.

Be prepared to work hard, sweat, and step into your power!
