Private & Small Group Personal Training
Our classrooms provide a small student to teacher ratio allowing us to provide each student the personal attention to detailed and personalized instruction required to develop precision and evolution in their practice. Our students are afforded ample sized spaces, clear mirror views, and nutrition instruction and alignment within their membership. Our digital classroom allows for the flexibility and ease to practice consistently and conveniently from home in addition to their in-studio sessions. We specialize in private one-on-one training for the most efficient & focused road to optimal wellness.

Core Pilates & Hot Sculpt are the latest Balanced Athlete® practices designed to target specific muscle groups and refine aesthetic lean mass.

All of our instructors and coaches are trained exclusively within the Empowered Yoga and Balanced Athlete Training certificate programs.
